Corsair Gaming Inc. sued TripleNet Pricing Inc., accusing the internet merchant of harming its trademarks and reputation by selling used or damaged Corsair computer gaming components falsely advertised as new.
The computer gaming hardware and accessories maker asked for a court order permanently blocking TripleNet from buying or selling Corsair products in the complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Corsair also asked the court to strip the online retailer of “ill-gotten profits” and triple any damages awarded because TripleNet’s actions were allegedly intentional.
