The Copyright Office is now accepting applications for the Barbara A. Ringer Copyright Honors Program until Dec. 31, the office announced Monday.
The 18-to-24-month fellowship was created for new attorneys interested in copyright law, the office said.
Fellows will work closely with senior attorneys and members of the Office of the General Counsel, Office of Policy and International Affairs, and the Register, according to the agency.
Fellows in the program are treated as full-time federal employees who are eligible for salary and benefits as permitted under federal law, the agency said.
