Copyright Office Move May Limit AI Policy Discovery, Artist Says

An artist suing the US Copyright Office over its refusal to register a work created with AI argued against shifting his lawsuit to a specific docket for agency decisions because it could deny him the ability to seek discovery into the office’s analysis of artificial intelligence.
