Copyright Lawsuit Over Saints’ Locker Room Redesign Goes On

Most of a copyright and trade secret lawsuit between competitors over the redesign of the New Orleans Saints’ locker room can move forward, a Texas federal court ruled.

Longhorn Locker Company LLC, a locker room design and installation company, plausibly accused multiple defendants of copyright and design patent infringement as well as trade secret theft, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas said.

Hollman LLC convinced the court to dismiss one of two copyright infringement claims, but Longhorn can revive it when the Copyright Office processes its pending copyright application.
