Copyright Lawsuit Over ‘Five Feet Apart’ Film Dismissed (1)

A copyright infringement lawsuit against CBS Films Inc., Lionsgate Entertainment Corp., and Wayfarer Entertainment over the film ‘Five Feet Apart’ has been dismissed by a federal court in Los Angeles.

The U.S. District Court for the Central District of California on Tuesday granted a stipulated dismissal sought by actor and activist Travis Flores, who sued last September. No further detail was provided in court filings.
