Cooler Maker to Settle Patent Suit Against Walmart’s Supplier

Ice Rover Inc. and a rival that supplies coolers to Walmart Inc. announced they’re nearing a settlement of the Colorado company’s patent infringement case.

Ice Rover and California Innovations Inc. jointly told the court on June 7 they had begun “finalizing a settlement agreement” and would file papers to have the case dismissed within a week.
