Compulife Keeps Trade Secrets Win, Gets Copyright Case Revived

Automated life insurance quote company Compulife Software convinced the Eleventh Circuit to affirm its trade secrets win over a group of website operators while also reviving copyright claims in the long-running case Thursday.
