Cognizant Seeks $18 Million From IT Firm Atos in Attorneys’ Fees

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. and its subsidiary asked a New York federal judge to award it an additional $17.8 million in attorney’s fees in a decade-long trade secret and copyright dispute with two units of the French IT and security firm Atos SE over health insurance software.
