Cloudera Inc. allegedly incorporated patented data analytics and data management technology into its software products without a license, a patent-monetization company claims in a lawsuit in Texas federal court.
R2 Solutions LLCaccuses Cloudera of directly and indirectly infringing US Patent No. 8,190,610 after attempts to license the company’s patent portfolio failed, according to a complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas.
