Clorox Loses Bid to Toss ZeroWater’s Filter Antitrust Lawsuit

Clorox Co. must continue fighting ZeroWater’s antitrust claims over high-performance water filters after a federal judge refused to dismiss the case.

Considering evidence from a related clash at the US International Trade Commission would improperly turn the dismissal motion into a bid for summary judgment, Judge Kelley B. Hodge said in an order issued Thursday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
