Cisco Systems Inc. must pay SRI International Inc. accrued interest dating back more than four years on a $57 million verdict for infringement of two hacker-security patents, a trial court judge ruled Friday.
Judge Richard G. Andrews of the federal District of Delaware told Cisco to pay interest on jury-awarded damages dating back to 2017, when the trial court originally affirmed the verdict and doubled the award based on a finding of willfull infringement.
