Cisco Axes Patent From Tossed $1.9 Billion Infringement Award

Cisco Systems Inc., Palo Alto Networks Inc., and Keysight Technologies Inc. convinced an administrative tribunal to invalidate portions of a patent underlying a nearly $2 billion patent infringement award that had been set aside on other grounds.
