Christian Dior Sues Kansas Restaurant for Trademark Infringement

French fashion house Christian Dior Couture SA brought a trademark infringement lawsuit against an upscale casual restaurant in Kansas for allegedly using the “Dior” name, according to a new federal filing.

The complaint, filed Monday in the US District Court for the District of Kansas, alleges that Dior Restaurant LLC traded off the goodwill of the Christian Dior luxury brand by advertising “Dior Bag Giveaways” for counterfeit bags.
