Chrissy Teigen Sued by Photographer Over Instagram Story Image

Model and TV personality Chrissy Teigen is facing a lawsuit brought by a photographer who claims she posted a copyrighted photograph of actress Katie Holmes on Instagram.

Ulices Ramales accused Teigan of using the photo of Holmes on her Instagram story without permission or authorization in a complaint filed in the US District Court for the Central District of California on Tuesday.

The photographer is seeking damages for infringement and attorneys’ fees, among other relief.

Celebrity Chrissy Teigen’s Instagram post declaring she “would live in this outfit” worn by Katie Holmes spurred a copyright infringement lawsuit from the photographer who captured the image.
