Model and TV personality Chrissy Teigen is facing a lawsuit brought by a photographer who claims she posted a copyrighted photograph of actress Katie Holmes on Instagram.
Ulices Ramales accused Teigan of using the photo of Holmes on her Instagram story without permission or authorization in a complaint filed in the US District Court for the Central District of California on Tuesday.
The photographer is seeking damages for infringement and attorneys’ fees, among other relief.
