Australian medical supply company Denneroll Holdings Pty Ltd. sued ChiroLux LLC alleging the competitor infringed its patent by making and selling knockoff chiropractic devices.
Washington-based ChiroLux’s Curv product looks similar to the Cervical Denneroll pillow-like device, according to a complaint filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Denneroll said the Curv product line infringes US Patent No. 11,419,440 which deals with a cervical orthotic device for pain relief and muscle tension connected to an abnormal curvature of the neck.
