YMTC’s placement on the Bureau of Industry and Security’s Entity List isn’t relevant to the validity of US Patent Nos. 8,945,996 and 10,872,903, the Chinese semiconductor firm said in response briefs filed Monday at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
