China Vows to Handle IP Dispute with EU According to MPIA Rules

China highly values intellectual property protection and is pleased to see the World Trade Organization panel’s decision, according to a statement from the Chinese Commerce Ministry, citing its official’s response to EU’s WTO dispute with China on the Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights.
