CBD company Charlotte’s Web Inc. will have exclusive use of its name to promote cannabidiol products under a stipulation with a San Francisco-based CBD seller approved by the Northern District of California.
The stipulated judgment and permanent injunction resolves Charlotte’s Web’s trademark infringement claims against AAXL Supply Co LLC, doing business as Balance CBD, for allegedly using the same name on its own CBD products.
