A San Diego-based Catholic health center is suing the California attorney general, arguing that he is unconstitutionally taking legal action against crisis pregnancy centers providing counseling on pill-induced abortion reversal.
California Attorney General Rob Bonta (D) is “targeting protected speech and activities engaged in for the sole benefit of pregnant women who have ingested” abortion medication, the Culture of Life Family Services Inc. wrote in its complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Southern District of California.
