A federal district court in Arizona granted in part Whaleco Inc.'s motion for a temporary restraining order in its trademark infringement, cybersquatting, and trademark dilution action against dltemuapp.com and others, relating to the “Temu” mark, logo, and orange color scheme. According to the court, Whaleco showed a likelihood of success on the merits of its claims, irreparable harm, and that its brand reputation, coupled with the potential risks of harm to the public, outweigh any possible hardship from the temporary suspension of dltemuapp.com and others’ domain names.
