A federal district court in New York granted Serenu Inc. and several individuals’ motion to dismiss Life’s Fortune LLC and Owell Naturals Brand LLC’s trade dress infringement and trade secret misappropriation action relating to health supplements and cosmetics companies. The court granted the motion to dismiss the federal trade dress infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, and Computer Fraud and Abuse Act claims with prejudice, and dismissed without prejudice the state law claims.
