A federal district court in Florida granted in part and denied in part Skyline Security Management Inc. and Monitronics International Inc.'s motion to dismiss ADT LLC’s action for trade secret misappropriation, negligence, unjust enrichment, trademark infringement, unfair competition, and false advertising. The court said that some claims are time-barred, and that some claims sufficiently state claims for relief.
