The Sixth Circuit affirmed the decision of a federal district court in Michigan denying Fetch! Pet Care Inc.'s motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction in this action against Atomic Pawz Inc. and other franchisees. The court said that Fetch didn’t meet its burden to enjoin the launch or operation of competing businesses, misappropriation of its trade secrets, infringement of its trademarks, and conspiracy to interfere with its business relationships.
