Catalinbread LLC, which makes “unusual and innovative” guitar pedals, stated a claim for a violation of the Defend Trade Secrets Act against its former employees. Catalinbread described its trade secrets “in fair detail,” alleged the employees’ acquisition and use of the trade secrets in detail, and adequately alleged injury. The case is Catalinbread LLC v. Gee, 2019 BL 131446, D. Or., 3:18-cv-01795-HZ, 4/12/19.
