A federal district court in Ohio granted in part and denied in part Plastics Boutique LLC’s and Plastics NYC LLC’s motions for summary judgment on Plastics NYC LLC’s trademark infringement, unfair competition, trademark dilution, and unfair and deceptive trade practices action relating to “The Plastics” mark, and Plastics Boutique’s counterclaims. The court denied Plastics NYC’s motion for summary judgment on its claims and Plastics Boutique’s counterclaims, and granted in part and denied in part Plastic Boutique’s motion for summary judgment on its counterclaims.
