The Federal Circuit dismissed for lack of standing an individual’s appeal of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board’s dismissal of his petition to cancel the registered fleur-de-lis design mark of the New Orleans Louisiana Saints LLC. The court said that the individual failed to allege he is injured by the Saints mark.
