A federal district court in New York adopted a U.S. Magistrate’s recommendation that TV Vues Advertising Agency Inc.'s trademark infringement case be remanded to state court because the parties are not diverse and the court lacks federal question jurisdiction. TV Vues filed its trademark infringement claims in New York state court, and The Boro Park View LLC removed the case on the basis of federal question jurisdiction.
