The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board affirmed an examiner’s finding, pursuant to a petition for reexamination, canceling Everwise Credit Union’s registration for the mark “Everwise Credit Union.” The board said that Everwise failed to demonstrate use in commerce by the statement of use deadline.
