A federal district court in Virginia granted Apple Inc.'s motion for summary judgment on this action seeking to reverse the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board’s decision that sustained ZeroDensity Yazilim Anonim Sirketi’s opposition to Apple’s trademark applications for “Reality Composer” and “Reality Converter” for downloadable computer software products. The court found that Apple’s marks are both suggestive and have acquired secondary meaning, and are therefore registrable.
