The Federal Circuit affirmed the decision of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board dismissing a consumer’s opposition to United Trademark Holdings Inc.’s registration of the mark “Rapunzel” for dolls and toy figures. The court affirmed the board’s conclusion that the consumer wasn’t statutorily entitled to oppose the registration.
