The Federal Circuit affirmed the decision of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board rejecting registration of Laurel Designs LLC’s “Sazerac Stitches” mark. The court held that substantial evidence supported the board’s finding that three of the relevant DuPont factors favored a finding of likelihood of confusion.
