Arbonne International LLC is entitled to a default judgment as to its trademark infringement claims against an individual who used exact copies of its “AA” logo and marks that use “Arbonne” as a term, on jewelry and makeup. The individual advertised and sold her counterfeit goods online through Facebook and multiple websites, allowing her to reach a large number of potential customers, and used Arbonne’s marks to fool Arbonne’s consumers, who likely do not exercise great caution, into believing that her goods were genuine Arbonne products.
