The District of Delaware granted judgment in favor of Inkit Inc. in its action against airSlate Inc. for unfair competition, trademark infringement, deceptive trade practices, trademark dilution, and breach of contract. The court determined that Inkit proved a likelihood of confusion by a preponderance of the evidence, but didn’t prove likelihood of dilution by a preponderance of the evidence.
