Case: Trademarks/Jurisdiction (Fed. Cir.)

The Federal Circuit dismissed for lack of jurisdiction an individual’s trademark and unfair competition action against Bank of America Corp. The appeals court noted that the case doesn’t involve any patent claims, and that it need not transfer venue because the individual’s notice of appeal is already docketed at the Tenth Circuit.
