The Third Circuit affirmed the decision of the District of Delaware denying Natera Inc.'s motion for judgment as a matter of law on liability, and vacating the jury’s damages award, in CareDx Inc.'s action alleging false claims about its organ transplant rejection detection product. The appeals court affirmed the district court’s denial of JMOL on the false advertising, deceptive trade practices, and unfair competition claims, as well as its decision vacating the damages awards.
