Case: Trademarks/Injunctions (S.D. Fla.)

A federal district court in Florida denied Liangsword Ltd.’s motion for a preliminary injunction with regard to various partnerships’ alleged use of its marks in connection with the sale of counterfeit goods on the Walmart marketplace. The court found that Liangsword wasn’t likely to succeed on its infringement and false designation of origin claims, and that a preliminary injunction wouldn’t prevent Liangsword from suffering irreparable harm.
