A federal district court in Texas granted a permanent injunction against Armadillo Distribution Enterprises Inc. in Gibson Inc.'s trademark infringement and counterfeiting action related to guitar designs. The court required Armadillo to cease manufacturing and selling products infringing on Gibson’s trademarks, and awarded Gibson $168,399 as disgorgement of Armadillo’s profits, but denied statutory and treble damages.
