A federal district court in Michigan denied Bravado International Group’s motion for a nationwide preliminary injunction to seize infringing merchandise at each stop of a concert tour, after a temporary restraining order was granted at a Detroit concert. The court determined that Bravado didn’t meet the procedural due process requirements of notice, service of process, and personal jurisdiction.
