A federal district court in California denied The Analytical Moose LLC’s motion for a preliminary injunction on its trademark infringement counterclaims in Intterra LLC’s action seeking a declaration that its use of the “Awareca” mark doesn’t infringe upon TAM’s “Wildfire Aware” mark. According to the court, TAM isn’t likely to succeed on the merits of its likelihood of confusion assertion.
