The District of Kansas sustained in part Happy Feet — Legends International Inc.'s motion for a preliminary injunction in this trademark infringement, unfair competition, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, tortious interference with business expectancy, and conversion action against Happy Feet of Wichita LLC. The court enjoined Happy Feet of Wichita from using or misusing HFLI’s intellectual property, but overruled HFLI’s request for an injunction prohibiting Happy Feet of Wichita from providing soccer services or owning or operating a soccer organization that competes with HFLI in the Wichita area.
