The scope of a permanent injunction against Hetronic Germany GmbH will be worldwide, as requested by Hetronic International Inc., a federal district court in Oklahoma ruled. A jury found in favor of Hetronic International on its claims of trademark infringement, reverse passing off, unfair competition and false designation of origin, trademark counterfeiting, and violation of Oklahoma law, and it found that the trademark infringement was willful. The court permanently enjoined Hetronic Germany from using or infringing the marks.
