A federal district court in Ohio granted The ICEE Company’s motion for partial reconsideration of its trademark infringement and unfair competiton counterclaims in this action by Slush Puppie Limited. The court reinstated ICEE’s counterclaims for trademark infringement, unfair competition and false designation of origin, and deceptive trade practices.
