Case: Trademarks & Copyrights/Summary Judgment (D. Conn.)

The District of Connecticut granted in part and denied in part the parties’ partial cross-motions for summary judgment on PSI Marine Inc.'s action for trademark, false advertising, and copyright infringement against Seahorse Docking LLC. The court determined that genuine issues of material fact exist on the trademark infringement and false advertising claims, and that Seahorse infringed upon PSI’s copyrighted price guide.
