Ltd. and Kinwong Electronic (Hong Kong) Ltd. damages in this action against Kinwong LLC and Circuitronix LLC for infringement of manufacture printed circuit boards trademarks. The court awarded Kinwong $5,208,237 in damages and said it is entitled to attorneys’ fees, as this is an exceptional case.
