A federal district court in Pennsylvania denied Leedsworld Inc.’s motion for a temporary restraining order because it wasn’t likely to succeed on the merits of its trade secret misappropriation claims against a former employee and iClick Inc. The court found that Leedsworld failed to sufficiently describe the secrets it sought to protect and failed to demonstrate a substantial likelihood of future misappropriation.
