Vidbotz LLC, which designs, develops, and produces video and media content, is not entitled to a temporary restraining order in its action alleging misappropriation of trade secrets, among other claims. There are numerous disputes of fact that preclude a determination that Vidbotz is likely to succeed on the merits of its claims, and even if Vidbotz could establish a likelihood of success, it has failed to establish that it will suffer irreparable harm if the TRO is not granted. Moreover, Vidbotz’ delay in seeking injunctive relief undermines its claim of irreparable harm. The case is Miller v. Norris, 2019 BL 417886, W.D. Wash., No. 2:19-cv-01638-RAJ, 10/30/19
