A federal district court in Illinois denied Admiin Inc.'s request for an emergency temporary restraining order against its former employee and the company he co-founded, FirmKey Solutions LLC, in Admiin’s action for trade secrets misappropriation, breach of contract, and tortious interference with contract. According to the court, Admiin didn’t show a likelihood of success on the merits of its claims. And the court entered and continued Admiin’s request for a preliminary injunction and permitted limited expedited discovery.
