A federal district court in New York denied J.D. Workforce Inc.'s motion for a temporary restraining order in its trade secrets misappropriation, unfair competition, tortious interference, unjust enrichment, breach of contract, conversion, violation of the faithless servant doctrine, breach of the duty of loyalty, and breach of fiduciary duty action against a former manager and ABC Company. According to the court, J.D. Workforce was unable to show irreparable harm warranting a TRO. And the court made no finding with respect to J.D. Workforce’s motion for a preliminary injunction and request for expedited discovery.
