A federal district court in Washington denied Dental Health Services Inc., Dental Health Services, and Dental Health Services of America’s motions for a temporary restraining order and for expedited discovery in its action against former employees for trade secrets misappropriation and breach of contract. The court said that DHS failed to demonstrate a likelihood of success on its trade secrets misappropriation claims, and that its breach of contract allegations are too vague. And the court denied the motion for expedited discovery, but said that DHS may renew its motion with an appropriately tailored proposed scope of discovery.
