Case: Trade Secrets/Summary Judgment (S.D.N.Y.)

A federal district court in New York granted in part and denied in part Precision Medicine Group LLC and Blue Matter’s cross-motions for summary judgment on Precision’s action for trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, tortious interference with contract, tortious interference with prospective economic advantage, and aiding and abetting a breach of fiduciary duty and duty of loyalty. The court denied Precision’s motion for summary judgment and granted Blue Matter summary judgment as to the claims for aiding and abetting a breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference with contract, and tortious interference with prospective economic advantage.
